Seeing double - 2-City Event
for 1200 People
The request?
An international consultancy firm was holding two sustainability summits, in Berlin and Copenhagen, at the same time—for a total of 1200 attendees.
They asked for three unique locations in each city, each with a local flair, and all located within short distance to their hotels and major transportation hubs.
Program highlights.
We managed to turn two of the cities’ most local hangouts into venues for our own megasized parties and events—while also leaving space for the locals.
We turned two industrial halls literally into literal forests, offering only vegan food.
What else?
Beyond that, we rented massive circus tents and cinemas to spice up the experience. We moved 600 to 700 people from venue to venue with the clever guidance of our amazing local hosts, who kept the vibe happy throughout the experience.
To top it all off, we had surprise bands, insect hotels, dance parties, and multiple entertainers to ensure there was never a dull moment.
