We have therefore partnered with the company Cultural Coaches to offer a program that gets employees talking about their lives, work and priorities in a fun, engaging and unpretentious way.

An afternoon energizing work morale
Session 1: Uncover what's important to you and your colleagues about work.
“Political fact finding mission”. In an informal and fun environment, topics like money and career are scrutinized with your colleagues. But which of what they say is true?
Session 2: Uncover what your workplace is like.
“Kebab workshop”. A group workshop in a kebab shop. Here you will be given access to traditional and very untraditional ingredients and answer the question: If your workplace was a kebab, what would be in that kebab?
Session 3: Your company as the coolest mixtape?
“God is a DJ”. A DJ will instruct you in the art of making a mixtape - a tape that showcases your company values. You will DJ the in front of your colleagues.
Sessions 1-3 are examples of workshops that will get your colleagues talking about what creates engagement and energy at work.
